Thomas was born in 1871 in Fairport, Monroe Co., New York. Thomas' father was Edward (Ned) TOBIN and his mother was Bridget QUIRK. His paternal grandparents were Thomas TOBIN and Jane CLIFFORD; his maternal grandparents are Maurice QUIRKE and Mary O'CONNOR. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Eddie, Edward James, Mary J. and Anna G.. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 38 in 1909.General Notes
