John Charles was born on July 7th, 1881 in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. John Charles' father was Thomas JANDA and his mother was Frances CHYBA. His paternal grandparents were Thomas JANDA and Marianna SEDLACEK; his maternal grandparents were Jacub CHYBA and Frantiska MALY. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Hubert, Frank, Joseph Albert, Anna and Frances Mary (Fannie). He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 70 in 1951 in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. He was buried on November 27th, 1951 in Plattsmouth, Holy Sepulchre.General Notes
