Hermina Catheryn was born on May 21st, 1879 in Racice, Moravia, Czechoslovakia. Hermina Catheryn's father was Anton JANDA and her mother was Marie PREPEJCHAL. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas JANDA and Marianna SEDLACEK. She had four brothers and five sisters, named James, Anton J., Thomas, Louis, Katherine, Baby, Julia, Marie and Annie. She was the fifth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 88 on August 20th, 1967 in Omaha, Douglas, NE, Hospital. She was buried in Plattsmouth, Cass, Nebraska.General Notes
Info from obituary. It does say that she is the daughter of Manto and Marie
(Prepejchri) Janda which is no doubt some misspelling.
