Lisa's father is Ging An (nama oleh Mak Hien) Djien Ho (nama oleh kong Kat) and her mother is Ong An Nio. Her paternal grandparents were Kian Sing (Engkong) - Twin2 Tan and Dateng (dinamakan Kam Nio waktu di kwek pang oleh Ko Ngah) Kwee. She has two brothers and a sister, named Hendro, Peter and Cherrie.
