Aaron was born before 1762 in York County, PA.  Aaron's father was Robert Grier and his mother was Elizabeth Catherine Buns.  He was an only child.  He died after 1794 in Warren County, GA.  He was buried in Grier Cemetery Stark, Butts County GA.
