Pere was born on October 5th, 1700 in Marmellar. Pere's father was Gabriel Colet (Sendra) and his mother was Maria Saumell. His paternal grandparents were Ramon Colet (Badia) and Maria Sendra. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Josep, Pau, Mariano, Maria and Serafina.-
