Fiona Joy Tibbs

Fiona Joy was born on December 1st, 1969 in Guyra Private Hospital.¹ Fiona Joy's father was David Gordon Tibbs and her mother was Thelma Gladys Lockyer. Her paternal grandparents were Albert Victor Tibbs and Mary Marjorie Williams. She had two sisters named Tania Louise and Toni Maree. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 3 on September 11th, 1973.¹
