Frank Ernest was born on October 15th, 1922 in Springbank, Alberta, Canada. Frank Ernest's father was Frank Ernest Young and his mother was Kathleen Marion Chancellor. His maternal grandparents were Unknown and Maud Alice Chancellor. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Charles William, Janet Ellen, Marion, Kathleen Winnifred, Living, Living, Living and Living. Frank Ernest and Charles William were twins. He died at the age of 66 on June 25th, 1989 in Salmon Arm, British Columbia, Canada. He was buried in June 1989 in Springbank, Alberta, Canada.-
