George Needle 
George was born in 1826 in Hound, Hampshire, England. George's father was James Needle and his mother was Sarah Tizard. His paternal grandparents were Francis Needle and Mary Hatcher; his maternal grandparents were James Tizard and Unknown. He had six brothers and four sisters, named James, John, Henry, Charles, Edmund, William, Sarah, Elizabeth, Mary and Emily. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children.-
