Jessie's father was John McCraw and her mother was Anne Love. She had five brothers and three sisters, named George, William, John, James, Robert , Catherine, Jane and Anne.  She was the youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 87 on March 21st, 1928 in Rokewood, Victoria, Australia.
