James  Malcolm

James  was born on December 5th, 1783 in Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland and his baptism took place there on December 14th, 1783.  James 's father was Finlay  Malcolm  and his mother was Isabel  Mackie.  His maternal grandparents were John Mackie and Agnes  Black  (Blair). He had four brothers and three sisters, named Duncan , John, Daniel, Robert , Isabel , Isabel  and Janet . He had six half-brothers and four half-sisters, named William , Finlay , Robert , Henry , William, William , Ann , Janet , Catharine  and Elizabeth.  He died at the age of 26 in August 1810.
