John Hay

John was born on August 13th, 1626. John's father was John Hay and his mother was Jane Seton. His paternal grandparents were James Hay and Margaret Kerr; his maternal grandparents were Alexander Seton and Margaret Hay. He had two brothers named William and John. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 70 on August 11th, 1697 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.
