Margaret Falconer 
Margaret was born on January 31st, 1650. Margaret's father was Sir John Falconer (of Balmakellie) and her mother was Esther Briot. Her paternal grandparents were Sir Alexander Falconer (of Halkertoun) and Agnes Carnegie; her maternal grandparents were Nicholas Briot and Unknown. She had six brothers and a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named John, James, Patrick, Robert, Charles, William, Esther and Unknown. She was the second youngest of the nine children.-
