George Blackett

George was born on July 17th, 1808 in Sunderland, Durham, England.  George's father was Thomas Blackett and his mother was Margaret Eggleston. He had four brothers and a sister, named Thomas, William, John, John and Jane.  He was the youngest of the six children.
