Thomas was born on September 9th, 1618 in Chorlton, Lancashire, England. Thomas' father was Alexander Barlow and his mother was Dorothy Gresley. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Barlow and Mary Brereton; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Gresley and Walsingham Walsingham. He was an only child. He died at the age of 65 on September 1st, 1684 in Manchester, Lancashire, England.-
