Karolina Wiege

Karolina was born on January 20th, 1864 in Leipzig (Leibzig), Bessarabia, Russia (now Ukraine).¹

Karolina's father was Ludwig Wiege and her mother was Anna Rosina Sprecher (Wiege). Her maternal grandparents were Christian Albrecht Sprecher and Carolina Fischer (Sprecher). She had three brothers and five sisters, named Christian, Christoph, August, Christina, Juliana, Louisa, Christine and Sophie. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 4 on February 4th, 1868.¹
