Mathew Henderson

Mathew was born in 1848 in Trimdon, Co Durham.¹ Mathew's father was James Henderson and his mother was Margaret Moor. His paternal grandparents were James Henderson and Jane Sanderson; his maternal grandparents were George Moor and <Unknown>. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William, John, James, Thomas, Mary, Elizabeth and Margaret. He was the second oldest of the eight children.
