Cacilda was born on June 29th, 1920.  Cacilda's father is António  Fernandes  Prado  and her mother is Maria Beatriz da Silva Lima.  Her maternal grandparents are Domingos Gomes da Silva Guimarães and Maria Rosa de Lima.  She had a brother and two sisters, named Alberto Fernando, Maria Beatriz and Maria do Carmo.
