Wilfred was born in 1909 in Polesworth, Warwickshire.1  Wilfred's father was Charles John ASTON and his mother was Alice Allen LOVE. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William, Charles, Arthur, Vera, Doris, Annie and Alice.  He was the second youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 49 on July 7th, 1958 in The Manor Hospital, Nuneaton, Warwickshire.1
