Edwin Vaughan Belcher

Edwin was born in 1871 in 2 Osbourne Terrace, Church Road, Leyton. Edwin 's father was George Charles Belcher and his mother was Eliza Vaughan. His paternal grandparents were Samuel John Belcher and Ann Esther Till; his maternal grandparents were George Vaughan and Elizabeth Pratt. He was an only child. He died due to TB at the age of 30 on July 23rd, 1901 in 4, Hereford Square, High Street, Saltley, Birmingham. The funeral took place on July 27th, 1901 in St. Saviours Church, Saltley, Birmingham. He was buried on July 27th, 1901 in St. Saviours Church, Saltley, Birmingham.

General Notes
- The youngest son of George Charles Belcher and Eliza Vaughan was
  born in 1871 at 2 Osbourne Terrace, Church Road Leyton. In 1872
  he moved wilth his parents to 14 Acacia Cottage, 94 Grange Road,
  Small Heath, Birmingham and subsequently moved to Wordsley in
  Staffordshire. As a young man he was employed as a clerk at a
  munitions factory in Birmingham. He married Florence Maud Baylis
  at St Ann`s Church Duddeston on the 28th October 1893. Her half
  brother Edwin George Nash was witness on which occassion he used
  the name Edwin George Baylis. They took up residence at 4
  Hereford Square High Street, Saltley.
  Edwin Vaughan died of tuberculosis at Hereford Square on the 23rd
  July 1901 aged 29 and was buried in St Saviours Churchyard
  Saltley on 27.7.1901. His brother in law Arthur Baylis witnessed
  his death.
