Ольга was born on July 20th, 1909.  Ольга's father was Севастиан Тимофеев Сухомлин and her mother was Елисавета Лазарева Хрущ.  Her paternal grandparents were Тимофей Карпов Сухомлин and София Фомина Пушкаренко (Сухомлин); her maternal grandparents were Лазарь Емелианов Хрущ and Иулианиа Калиникова Назаренко (Хрущ). She had two brothers and two sisters, named Иоанн, Александр, Стефанида and Марфа.  She was the second youngest of the five children.
