Харитон was born in 1873.  Харитон's father was Никифор Леонтиев Товстопят and his mother was Елисавета Фомина (Товстопята).  His paternal grandparents were Леонтий Антонов Товстопятый and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Герасим, Давид, Варвара, Лукия and Анна.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 28 on April 18th, 1901.
