Параскева was born on October 11th, 1877.  Параскева's father was Яков Никифоров Сидоренко and her mother was Александра Григориева (Сидоренко). She had three brothers and three sisters, named Прокофий, Владимир, Стефан, Феодора, Мария and Стефанида.  She was the oldest of the seven children.
