James Stephen Perring 
James was born about 1836 in Totnes, Devon, England. James' father was Peter Perring and his mother was Jane Coombe. His paternal grandparents were Richard Perring and Mary Harvey. He had a brother and three sisters, named Richard, Adelaide, Mary and Matie. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died in January 1838 in Totnes, Devon, England. He was buried on January 11th, 1838 in Totnes, Devon, England.-
