Thomas was born on June 24th, 1710.  Thomas' father was Thomas Williams and his mother was Mary Lowell.  His maternal grandparents were Benjamin, Sr. Lowell and Ruth Woodman. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Henry, Benjamin, Mary, Hannah, Abigail, Sarah and Judith.  He was the youngest of the eight children.
