Lance Lowell was born on September 29th, 1962 in Elizabeth, NJ.1 Lance Lowell's father was Ralph Lee Milnes and his mother was Susan Rosemary Lowell. His maternal grandparents were Aurthur Lowell and Rose Marie Ruoff. He has three brothers and two sisters, named Ralph Lee, Robert Alan, Scott Arthur, Joan Susan and Diane Lynn. He is the youngest of the six children.-
