John was born in 1527.  John's father was John Lowle and his mother was ? Wake.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Lowle and Margaret Mayhouse; his maternal grandparents were Roger Wake and <Unknown>.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 25 in 1552.

‌John and Apolyn were married in 1546.  They had a son named Richard.
