David Arthur Lowell 
David was born on April 11th, 1961. David's father was Cris Ruoff Lowell and his mother was Beverly June Morris. His paternal grandparents were Aurthur Lowell and Rose Marie Ruoff. He has four sisters named Pamela, Susan, Christine and Cathrine. He is the second youngest of the five children.-
