Empress Matilda

Empress Matilda was born in February 1101. Empress Matilda's father was King Henry I and her mother was Edith (Matilda) of Scotland. Her maternal grandparents were King Malcom III of Scotland and Saint Margaret. She was an only child. She died at the age of 66 on September 10th, 1167.
