Kaitlyn was born on July 10th, 1994.  Kaitlyn's father is Theodore Alan Crim and her mother is Debra Helen Ptak (Crim).  Her maternal grandparents are  Stanley Martin Ptak and  Mary  Ann Castoral (Ptak).  She is the youngest of four children.  She has three brothers named David, Ryan and Sean.
