David was born on June 2nd, 1976.  David's father is Theodore Alan Crim and his mother is Debra Helen Ptak (Crim).  His maternal grandparents are  Stanley Martin Ptak and  Mary  Ann Castoral (Ptak).  He is the oldest of four children.  He has two brothers and a sister, named Ryan, Sean and Kaitlyn.
