Frank was born in May 1919 in New York.1   Frank's father was William Castoral and his mother was Mary (Castoral).  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Castoral and Marie Jirinec (Castoral); his.  He was the youngest of seven children.  He had three brothers and three sisters, named Willie, Jerry, The Ace, Mary, Louise and Anna.  He died in an accident or as a result of an injury (18 wheeler blew a tire).
