His paternal grandparents were Joseph Castoral and Marie Jirinec (Castoral); his. He was the third of seven children. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Willie, The Ace, Frank, Mary, Louise and Anna. He died, at the age of 86 years, 11 months and 15 days, on November 5th, 1996.
