Frank was born on February 7th, 1889 in Boehmen Koenigreich, Austria.1 Frank's father was Joseph Castoral and his mother was Marie Jirinec (Castoral). He was the fourth of six children. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William, Louis, Vaclav, Mary and Lutonic. He died, at the age of 82 years and 1 month, in March 1971.2
