Amy  was born on October 15th, 1975 in Jersey Shore Medical Center, Monmouth New Jersey.  Amy 's father is Robert  (Bobby) Howard Castoral and her mother is Gale Leah Hansen (Castoral).  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph (The Ace) William Castoral and Vera Beyer (Castoral); her maternal grandparents were  Walter Henry Hansen and  Mary Lydia Crammer (Hansen).  She is the youngest of four children.  She has two brothers and a sister, named Dennis, Robbie and Beth .
