Walter was born on June 2nd, 1919. Walter's father was Louis Hansen and his mother was Alma Bergstrom (Hansen). He was the youngest of three children. He had a brother and a sister, named Harold and Beatrice. He died, at the age of 72 years, 4 months and 12 days, on October 14th, 1991 due to natural causes or old age. His burial was in Veteran's Cemetary, Florida.
