Kevin was born on April 5th, 1960.  Kevin's father is Jerry Icker and his mother is Vera L Castoral (Icker).  His maternal grandparents were  Joseph (The Ace) William Castoral and  Vera Beyer (Castoral).  He is the second of three children.  He has two brothers named Richie and Mark.
