Tion Frey

Tion's father is Emmon Frey and his mother is Genna Lannister.  His paternal grandfather is Walder Frey and his paternal grandmother was Perra Royce. He had three brothers named Cleos, Lyonel and Walder.  Tion is no longer alive.
