Suzie Berry (Susan)

Suzie was born in 1877 in Louisiana, USA. Suzie's father was Unknown Berry and her mother was Fanny Vincent. Her maternal grandparents were Martin Vincent and Angelique (Vincent). She was an only child. She died at the age of 85 on January 29th, 1962 in Orange, Orange, Texas, USA. The funeral took place on January 30th, 1962. She was buried on January 30th, 1962 in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.¹

  Mrs. Susie Duhon Hardin, 80, of 512 1/2 Du Pont Drive, died today at 3:10 am at her home. Funeral sevices are scheduled tomorrow at 2:00 pm in Claybar Funeral Home. Grave site sevices will be conducted in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens by Rev. Fred J. Foster pastor of the First United Pentecostal Church.
  
  Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. J A Roy Sr., of Orange, Mrs John L. Hughes, of Houston and Mrs. Willie Dyson, of Orange, five sons, Pierre, Joseph, Mack and Gus Duhon all of Orange, and Johnnie Roach of Orange. A brother and a sister, 41 grandchildren and 55 great grandchildren.
