Peter was born on October 10th, 1838 in Tartumaa, Nõo kk, Luke. Peter's father was Johann Adamson and his mother was Tio JaniseAndres.  His paternal grandparents were Ado and Madli. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Samul, Andres, Ann, Marri and Liso.  He was the youngest of the six children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Jaan, Karl, Ann and Lena.  He died  due to rõuged at 10 months old in August 1839.
