Achiel Louis Camille was born on February 12th, 1891.  Achiel Louis Camille's father was Ludovicus Fredericus Algoet and his mother was Leonie Maria Elodia Messiaen.  His paternal grandparents were Lucas Bernard Algoet and Melanie Blanckaert; his maternal grandparents are Joannes Messiaen and Rosalie Wimel. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Julien Constant, Maurits Georges, Irma Maria, Euphrasie Emilie, Euphrasie Gerarda, Irene Margareta, Julia Anais, Margriet Anna and Magdalena Camilla. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Alois Camiel Frederick, Irena Maria Adela and Irma.  He died at the age of 22 in 1913.
