Matilda was born in 0878.  Matilda's father was Theodoric Count of Ringelheim and her mother was Ludmilla Ragnhildis Countess of Ringelheim.  Her maternal grandparents were Gottfried  and Matilda NN.  She died at the age of 90 on May 14th, 0968.
