Asa was born in 0708 in Uppland, Norway.  Asa's father was Eystein "the Fart" Hálfdansson and her mother was Hild  Eriksdotter.  Her paternal grandparents were Hálfdan "White Leg" King of the Uplanders  and Asa  Eisteinsdotter; her maternal grandfather was King Erik  Agnarsson and her maternal grandmother is <Unknown>.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 85 in 0793 in Vestfold, Norway.
