Anthony was born in 1605 in Sempringham, Linclonshire, England. Anthony's father was Thomas Colby and his mother was Anne Jackson. His paternal grandfather was Matthew Colbie and his paternal grandmother is Mary; his maternal grandparents are Richard Jackson and Elizabeth.
