Richard was born in 1535 in Barton,  Somersetshire, England.1  Richard's father was John Adams and his mother was Margery Squier.  His paternal grandfather was John Adams and his paternal grandmother is Catherine Stebbing.  He died at the age of 68 on March 19th, 1603 in Barton David, Somersetshire, England.  He was buried on March 22nd, 1603 in Barton David, Somersetshire, England.
