Cornelius Thayer. Sr. 
Cornelius was born on June 18th, 1670 in Braintree, Norfolk, Massachusetts. Cornelius' father was Richard Thayer and his mother was Dorothy Pray. His paternal grandparents were Richard Thayer Jr. and Dorothy Mortimore; his maternal grandparents were Quinton Pray and Joan Valliance. He had a brother named Richard. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 68 in 1738.-
