Elizabeth's father was Tobias Oatsman and her mother was Elizabeth Doty. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Oatman and Mary(From England) Boaden; her maternal grandparents were Edward Doty and Sarah Faunce. She died at the age of 67 on November 5th, 1768 in Marshfield, Massachusetts. She was buried in Old Burial Ground, Cong. Ch., Marshfield, Massachusetts.
