Constance was born on March 30th, 1892 in Kirkoswald, Cumberland, England and her baptism took place there on October 2nd, 1892.1   Constance's father was James Chambers and her mother was Barbara Allison. She had a brother named David .  She was the younger of the two children.  She died at the age of 73 in September 1965.
