Betty Appleby

Betty was born in May 1795 in Bradley, Derbyshire, England and her baptism took place there on May 10th, 1795.¹   Betty's father was James Appleby and her mother was Lydia. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Joseph, James, Thomas, Mary and Ann.  She was the third oldest of the seven children.
