James Logan was born on September 15th, 1859 in , Elliott, Kentucky, USA.1 James Logan's father was Pvt. ADDISON Ward Murray and his mother was RACHEL Lewis. His paternal grandparents were REECE Boan Murray and LUCINDA Vansant; his maternal grandfather is WILLIAM Lewis Sr.. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Reece B, WILLIAM Harrison, John Willis, Augustus W., Martin V, Edward F., Charles, Ellen, Lousia Jane, Lucinda, Sarah and Mary B.. He was the fourth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 63 on December 20th, 1922 in Greenup, Kentucky.2 -
